360-ENVY: Our three flagship treatments are:

This is a popular treatment amongst our community because so many of us suffer with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and unwanted facial hair. Wellness IV Infusions: These infusions provide essential vitamins and nutrients directly, supporting cellular health and overall well-being. This is a popular treatment because most of us live in a state of stress, dehydration and overwhelm from our day to day responsibilities. HH: Tell us your ‘why’: what inspired the founding of 360ENVY, and what vision are you working toward for its future?
360-ENVY: 360Envy began in 2020 as Quench Infusions & Wellness, specifically to boost our community’s immune systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. We observed that the Black and brown communities were disproportionately affected due to vitamin D deficiencies and co-morbidities. We offered IV vitamin therapy, which provides 100% absorption compared to the 30% absorption from oral supplements, directly addressing recommendations for high-dose vitamin C and zinc.
We pivoted to aesthetics when clients began expressing skin concerns on their intake forms. This led to our rebranding as 360Envy Aesthetics & Wellness, reflecting the total transformation clients experience. “ENVY” is an acronym for “Erase Negative Views of Yourself,” which aligns with our core purpose to inspire, encourage, and uplift our clients.

HH: In an industry often criticized for inaccessible pricing, 360ENVY features “Glow Up Now & Pay Later.” How do you balance accessibility and quality, and what are your philosophies around beauty equity?
360-ENVY: The transformative treatments we offer are “skinvestments” that help slow the visible signs of aging. Recognizing that many families, including those with middle to upper incomes, are managing their cash reserves, we’ve partnered with financial institutions to offer 90-day, zero-interest payment plans. This allows for payment flexibility while ensuring our business receives full funding. Our philosophy is “purpose before paycheck,” focusing on delivering the highest standard of nursing and medical care, backed by science, and rooted in intention and results.
Regarding beauty equity, it is concerning that in 2025, our communities remain underrepresented and, at times, receive unsafe treatments due to a lack of experience and training for melanated skin. We are committed to addressing this gap by ensuring our protocols are inclusive, safe, and effective for all skin tones, and by advocating for greater education and representation within the industry.
HH: With social media and aesthetic trends always evolving, how do you keep your service offerings fresh and backed by science? What upcoming innovations or techniques are you most excited to introduce?
360-ENVY: While aesthetic trends are constantly evolving, we maintain our focus on transformative care that is backed by science. We utilize only the best-in-field products that have been thoroughly tried, tested, and studied. Marsha, as a double board-certified nurse practitioner, dedicates countless hours and resources to attending advanced training, courses, conferences, and reviewing current literature on new techniques.
We are excited to launch our women’s hormonal health program in late winter to early spring, specifically designed for perimenopausal women and the mid-life transition. Additionally, we are pioneering full facial balancing with a regenerative medicine approach, favoring PRP Derma Filler over traditional hyaluronic acid fillers for more natural and long-lasting results.
HH: Many people see ‘wellness’ and ‘aesthetics’ as separate, but 360ENVY combines both (e.g., IV infusions, energy boosts). How do you integrate internal health with external beauty, and how do you educate your clients about that connection?
